Programs

This is a four-day clinic that is a FREE opportunity for students in grades K-5 to get an introduction to wrestling from the Cardinal Wrestling coaching staff and athletes. This is an entry level program, working on the basic skills and techniques that are necessary in wrestling. This is a great time to try wrestling at no cost! There will be a bus to transport students from the Elementary schools (Roosevelt, Kennedy, Lakeland) to the Senior High after school. Pre- registration is encouraged. Participants should wear gym attire.
Girls encouraged to participate!
Enter through the West Entrance. Parents are welcome to sit beside the wall and watch practice. Please take off street shoes before entering the wrestling room to keep the mats clean.
